Enhanced access to GP surgeries in East Elmbridge
We were commissioned by East Elmbridge PCN to conduct a series of events in the East Elmbridge PCN area to better understand people’s thoughts and feedback regarding the enhanced access for their GP surgeries. We were able to collect 32 in-depth experiences, which fed into a set of key themes we reported back to the PCN.

Improved access to GP surgeries in Epsom, Banstead and Leatherhead
We were commissioned by GP Health Partners to conduct a series of events in Epsom, Banstead and Leatherhead to better understand their thoughts and feedback regarding the improved access for their GP surgeries.
We held a series of engagement events across the areas in key community settings which enabled us to reach a diverse audience, including those who do not regularly use GP surgeries. We collected 62 in-depth experiences, which fed into a set of key themes relating to extended access/location, face-to-face vs remote consultations, access/digital/website and communication preferences.
