Luminus Insight CIC is the home of Healthwatch Surrey.
The Healthwatch service was set up by central government, through the Health and Social Care Act 2012, to be the independent patient champion for health and social care locally. It is delivered through local Healthwatch organisations in every county, which are supported by the national body Healthwatch England. Local Healthwatch have certain legal powers to help ensure people’s voices and feedback are heard.

We also share our insight with Healthwatch England and other bodies, and this helps to improve the quality of services provided at national level.
