Community Voice Projects

We work closely with diverse communities to understand what really matters to people. We design research around your needs, specialising in qualitative research and behavioural insight, which is substantiated with quantitative survey and population data. Through our trusted networks, we meet people where they are (including staff) and make sure all voices, especially those most affected by health inequalities, are included. We use accessible, inclusive methods such as in-depth interviews, focus groups and co-design sessions to gather honest, meaningful insight from communities. Our independent evaluations are sensitive and supportive, helping improve services and turn insight into practical action. Below are examples of our community voice projects.
